PepChart Pro is an optional paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed at checkout and at pepchart.com. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds for unused time. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal.
PepChart Pro includes an AI Insights feature that analyzes your logged data and generates observations using third-party AI services. AI-generated responses are based solely on data you have entered and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. CoreBit Labs LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI Insights as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Your use of this app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of this app are owned by CoreBit Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoreBit Labs LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
